Low-cost Sensing Solution: OSI-100
The OSI-100 is an optical fiber sensing equipment for high speed optical interrogation. Max 4 optical sensors per channel in the measurement range of 1550nm region can be interrogated simultaneously. The OSI-100 guarantees a wavelength measurement resolution and repeatability of max 5pm respectively makes it very suitable for industrial automation and engineering applications.
Fiber Bragg Grating Accelerometer (Model#: OAC-100)
Fiber Bragg Grating-based accelerometer is designed for high precision vibration measurement with an accuracy better 0.1 G* under wide temperature operation range of -20 ˚C – 80 ˚C. This sensor is particular suitable for vibration measurement in transportation, energy as well as civil and structure industries. The sensor employs two FBGs and therefore thermal effect can be completely isolated with this differential output configuration. Wavelength of 1550nm with standard operational measurement range of +/- 30 G is available. (*Depends on interrogator wavelength measurement accuracy)
Fiber Bragg Grating Inclinometer (Model#: OIC-100)
Fiber Bragg Grating-based inclinometer is designed for high precision inclination measurement with an accuracy better than 0.01 degree* under wide temperature operation range of -20 ˚C – 80 ˚C. This sensor is particular suitable for tilt angle measurement in civil and structure engineering applications. The sensor employs two FBGs, therefore thermal effect can be completely isolated with this differential output configuration. Wavelength of 1550nm with standard operational measurement range of +/- 5 degree. (*Depends on interrogator wavelength measurement accuracy)
Fiber Bragg Grating Temperature Sensor (Model#: OTS-100)
Fiber Bragg Grating-based temperature sensor is designed for high precision temperature measurement with an accuracy of better than 0.1 ˚C*. Daisy-chain connection of several sensors for multi-point sensing is possible when employing FBG-based sensor and hence complicated wiring can be avoided. We offer three packaging formats designed for various installation environments, wavelengths of 1550nm region with standard operational measurement range of
-60 – 100 ˚C are available. (*Depends on interrogator wavelength measurement accuracy)
